Eli Nachmany
Eli Nachmany is an associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office. He advises clients on antitrust issues, administrative law, and complex civil litigation, with particular expertise in appellate matters. Eli works across industries, focusing primarily on sports and gaming. He has served as lead counsel on multiple federal appeals and has presented oral argument in a federal court of appeals.
Prior to joining the firm, Eli clerked for Judge Steven J. Menashi of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He also taught an undergraduate sports management course about the NFL Draft as an adjunct instructor at New York University. Eli’s writing on administrative law and executive power has appeared or is forthcoming in the Alabama Law Review, Boston College Law Review, BYU Law Review, George Mason Law Review, Notre Dame Law Review, Wake Forest Law Review, and Yale Law Journal Forum. He is the President of the DC Young Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society.
