Wil Paustenbach is an associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office, working primarily in the class action litigation and antitrust practice groups. He has represented clients in the financial services, sports, pharmaceutical, and technology industries in complex civil proceedings in federal and state courts across the country. Wil also has experience defending companies facing threatened mass arbitrations.

Prior to joining the firm, Wil clerked for the Honorable David O. Carter on the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California
